N99 Game accounts are non-transferable. You cannot sell, transfer or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.
All transactions on N99 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit or credit cards. You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Deposits are processed as quickly as technically possible. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule and are outside our direct control.
Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business timelines. The time for funds to reach your wallet or bank account depends on the method chosen. Mobile wallet withdrawals are generally the fastest. N99 Game does not charge withdrawal fees from our side, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered the required number of times first. Only after wagering requirements are met do any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, subject to any maximum win caps stated in the promotion terms.
Sports bets placed on N99 Game are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. For cricket markets – including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC events – match and over/session results are determined by the official scorecards of the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed, particularly for in-play markets. If odds have changed at the point of confirmation, you will be shown the new odds and given the option to accept or decline before the bet is placed.
N99 Game reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
For casino and slot games, results are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independent of previous results. Live Casino results are determined by the physical outcomes at the real dealer table as streamed. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the result stands as at the point the session was interrupted, where this can be confirmed from server records.
For bingo games, draw results are generated in real time and the result is final once the draw is completed. Jackpot wins are verified before being credited to your account.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
If your account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, N99 Game reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach. In cases involving fraud or manipulation, we reserve the right to recover any amounts already paid out.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and the result credited or debited accordingly before the final balance is processed.

Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical problems can occur and we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted, N99 Game's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses, including loss of profits or opportunity.
N99 Game is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party services linked from or integrated with the platform, including payment processors and game providers. Any disputes with third-party providers should be taken up directly with them.
